All users of KMX have to follow these rules.
KMX reserves the right to alter this Agreement and the rules, if condisers it necessary.
1. KMX provides services to private individuals and organizations agreed to the following rules.
2. Administration of KMX is not responsible for the content of the users’ pages.
3. Content of sites is not censored in any way by KMX Administration before placing to the worldwide web Internet.
4. Thoughts and judgements in the Users’ sites do not necessarily reflect the opinion of KMX Administration.
5. User is fully responsible for all acts done by means of his registration number and password.
6. User is obliged not to use KMX services for the purposes that contradict the Russian law, violate confidentiality of information or cause failure in the system operation.
7. User fully accounts for all information located by him nor by third parties within the web- and wap-scape granted to him.
8. KMX is not responsible for probable failures in service providing.
9. На KMX.Ru категорически запрещено размещение:
- педофилии, детского порно и ЛЮБЫХ изображений обнаженных несовершеннолетних
(на размещаемых изображениях даже по внешнему виду не должно быть ни малейших сомнений что модель старше 18 лет);
- зоофилии и некрофилии в любых проявлениях;
- материалов несовместимых с развлекательным сервером (кровавые сцены, трупы и т.п.);
- регистрационных ключей, программам для взлома лицензионного ПО и пр. (варез, креки)
- материалов, пропагандирующих межнациональную, межрелигиозную розню, свержение действующего правительства и пр.
- любых материалов, запрещенных действующим законодательством РФ;
ВНИМАНИЕ: Так же запрещено размещение ссылок на подобные ресурсы, в том числе ссылок в подписях которых упоминаются данные материалы!
За нарушение требований - удаление сайта.
10. KMX.Ru - это конструктор WAP-сайтов, то есть сайтов оптимизированых для просмотра с мобильных устройств. По этой причине не приветствуется создание WEB-сайтов (для просмотра на экране компьютера), а так же "хранилищ" файлов для других сайтов (минимум страниц или вообще без них, и на файлы нет ссылок со страниц сайта).
Такие сайты будут блокироваться до устранения замечаний.
11. KMX has an opportunity to set up clients’ pages free of charge due to sponsor support. That’s why we reserve the right to place advertising information at the pages of your site. Any obstacles to placing of advertising information, its removal or any other actions, that can be considered those, are direct violation of the Agreement with all ensuing consequences (the removal of the site).
12. KMX is not responsible to third parties for violations of author's rights of third parties, service users. The user, as the site author, states that the site does not contain any materials, the rights to which belong to third parties.
13. Services are provided in way developed by the KMX system.
14. KMX is not responsible for loss of information from the User’s web- and wap-space in the server.
15. In order to suppress unlawful acts in relation to users of the service and the service in whole, namely unauthorized access and altering of information in the frames of the service information space, KMX reserves the right to block access to the information resources involved in the acts.
16. KMX reserves the right to alter the text of the Agreement, with alterations coming into effect immediately after the Agreement has been published on the server wap.kmx.ru.
17. Locating his site at KMX, the user unconditionally and entirely confirms that he agrees with the terms of the Agreement. Multiple or flagrant violation of the Agreement can result in the service denial by the Designer.
